What a great movie. The critics gave it a C, but I give it an A!
This was a great film to go see on a Saturday night. The crowd wasn’t to bad and the movie kept me on the edge of my seat. The two main characters, Jerry and Rachel received a phone call from a mysterious woman on their cellphones who demanded them to do as she said. Many of the things the woman put them through were life risking.
This film is failry unrealistc, the main reason why many do not care for it. However, I thought it was great and it shows us that technology could become our greatest threat.
Two days ago I thought I would be receiving my first ticket. For what? I had no Idea. As I was living the school a couple days ago I heard some kids saying that cops were all over the place. So of course I’d be careful, make sure I make full stops at stop signs and so forth. So I get to the stop sign, before I turn on to Rockhaven. I see the cop, no one else is around, so I turn on to Rockhaven. Everything seems good, I look in my rear view mirror and there was the cop with flashing lights!
I had no idea what I did wrong, no idea what I was going to say to the officer, just completely lost! I pulled over to the side of road, and low and behold he flies past me. I let out a huge sigh of relief. As I was going down 322 I saw that same cop and he pulled over one of the students.
The cop must have been radioed because there was no one in front or behind me. Geez I sure am glad the cop didn’t pull me over.
Thats right folks! I will be throwing together a Linux Web Server for my Advance Web Page design class, using one of the school computers.
I plan on installing Fedora Core 9 on it, with apache, php, and mysql, aka a LAMP server. I’m trying to decide weather I should go with ftp or samba shares.
Also I have to figure out how to make it easy for the teacher to maintain and add users to the server after I leave :(
